Questions

How does my family get the money?

They make a Just account on their phone. You send by name; it arrives as dollars. They change to naira anytime.

What does it cost?

Partners charge fees to add money and to change to naira. Every fee is shown before you confirm. Nothing is taken afterwards.

What if I lose my phone?

Sign-in usually syncs to your Google or Apple account. A second device makes it certain. Without either, no one can recover it, not even us.

Who holds my money?

You do. It opens only with your face or fingerprint. We can’t freeze, move or lend it.

Is Just a bank?

No. Just is software. Balances are not FDIC-insured.
