Just is built to know as little about you as possible.

What we never have

• The key to your account. It never leaves your phone’s secure hardware.
• Your name, phone number, email, ID documents or bank details. We don’t ask for them.

What our server keeps

• A handle, if you choose one (like @ada), and the account it points to.
• A pairing record while you add a device, deleted after five minutes.
• A few anonymous counters, like how many accounts exist. Nothing about who.
• To stop abuse, short-lived counts of requests per internet (IP) address, and per account for cash-out. Kept up to two days.

What is public

Accounts live on a public network. Anyone who knows an account’s address or handle can see its balance and history. Share your handle only with people you’re comfortable seeing this.

Our partners

When you add money or cash out, a licensed payment partner handles the payment and checks your identity under its own privacy policy, shown to you before you continue. We don’t receive your documents.
